PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning display system displaying a warning from an emergency vehicle as characters. SOLUTION: When the emergency vehicle emits character information of "please leave the left traffic lane" by acoustic watermarking (electronic watermarking) together with siren sound on a congested expressway, vehicles driving on the left lane out of general vehicles equipped with devices capable of receiving the information within a range in which the sound can reach, change the lane to a center lane, and vehicles driving on the center lane out of the general vehicles equipped with the devices capable of receiving information allow vehicles traveling on the left lane to move to the center lane.
