<p>The torque limiter has the drive shaft (1) connected via a shaft (2) to the reduction gear, and also to a dog clutch (8) interposed between the shaft and the drive crank. The torque limiter is positioned in the guide block at the exit to the box that houses the rolled shutter. The drive shaft is coupled to the shaft of the hoist by a cavity (3) formed in the end of the hoist shaft (2) to accept a male part (4) extending from the end of the hoist shaft. The periphery of the male part has multiple longitudinal secant zones (5) engaging complementary faces inside the female part of the dog clutch. The depth of the female part is greater than the length of the male part, leaving a clearance (7). The dog clutch has a radial pins in the shaft to engage the dog clutch sleeve .</p> |
