PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid decreasing of a service life of an accumulator for pressure accumulation without lowering the holding pressure of the accumulator for pressure accumulation. SOLUTION: When accumulator pressure is increased by more than a set value due to temperature rise and becomes higher than set pressure, the accumulator for pressure accumulation is opened, and the accumulator pressure is lowered. If the thickness of an accumulator main body for pressure accumulation is increased, pressure resisting strength of the accumulator for pressure accumulation can be increased, but weight and cost is also increased. If the holding pressure is lowered, even when temperature is raised, adding of large force can be avoided, but time required for up control becomes long. Contrary, when the accumulator pressure becomes higher than the set pressure, if the accumulator pressure is lowered, it can be avoided that the service life of the accumulator for pressure accumulation is shortened.
