PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic ventilation structure which can prevent wind blowing up along an external wall from entering a ventilation passage. SOLUTION: The attic space ventilation structure is formed of: a covering member 30 which is mounted on the external wall 10 so as to cover an opening section 16 communicating between an attic space and outdoors while a lower portion thereof is released, and has a first flashing 34 protruding from a lower edge toward the external wall 10 in a manner securing a gap with respect to the external wall 10; a second flashing 42 which is arranged between the first flashing 34 and the opening section 16, and protrudes from the external wall 10 toward the covering member 30 in a manner securing a gap with respect to the covering member 30; and a third flashing 43 which is arranged under the first flashing 34, and protrudes outward from the external wall 10 to a location farther than the covering member 30. The third flashing 43 functions to prevent wind blowing up along the external wall 10 from entering the ventilation passage, and to prevent rainwater and snow from infiltrating into the attic space together with the wind.
