PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device avoiding increase in size by compactly integrating a rotation detecting portion. SOLUTION: This lock device comprises: a dead bolt 2 which is driven by an actuator 1; a rotator 3 for detection, which is inserted into a power transmission route for transmitting power from the actuator 1 to the dead bolt 2; and a printed board 5 which is arranged along a platy portion 4 of the rotator 3. Pattern wiring is formed on the printed board 5. The pattern wiring connects a reference potential pattern 6 which is kept at a reference potential, a rotational position detection pattern 8 which becomes shorted to the reference potential pattern 6 via a conductor portion 7 of the rotator 3 when the rotator 3 moves to a prescribed detecting rotational position, and a determination circuit which determines the position of the result of driving by the actuator 1 by detecting a change in the potential of the pattern 8.
