ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor element improved in crystallizability and form of an organic semiconductor film and also improved in a carrier mobility by controlling the orientation (particularly the orientation in a substrate surface) of an organic semiconductor molecule. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor element contains an optically oriented film and the organic semiconductor film. The optically oriented film consists of a polyimide by an orientation processing by the irradiation of a light.
