The heat engine has a set of rotatable cells formed by close spokes (5), and a circular housing in which working gas is accommodated. A housing cover (1) is in a sub-range and at the same time is a tank bottom, and a housing base (2) is simultaneously a container cover. A turbine (12) outside a housing casing (3) is attached to an end of a heat zone, and is provided in rotation direction of a cell rotor. An inlet of the turbine has a short pipe and is included in a housing casing for receiving the hot working gas.
