<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce private wirings in a housing in a motor unit where a motor and an inverter are integrally stored in the housing. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 320 to which a power line 330 from a travel battery is connected is installed on the outer peripheral face of an upper side of the housing 202 of the motor unit 200. A motor storing part 204 and an IPM storing part 206, arranged below the motor storing part 204, are disposed in the housing 202. A motor generator 220, and the like, are stored in the motor-storing part 204. IPM 270 is stored in an IPM storing part 206. A reactor 280, constituting a part of a boosting converter boosting the voltage of a travel battery, is arranged in the motor-storing part 204.
