PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HDD mounting structure which includes a heat-radiating plate for electronic parts commonly serving as a supporting member for the HDD. SOLUTION: The hard disk drive mounting structure has; an electronic component mounting board 2; electronic components 3 which are mounted on the electronic component mounting board; a heat-radiating plate 4 on which the electronic components are mounted and which radiates heat generated from the electronic components; and a hard disk drive. In this case, the heat-radiating plate is provided with; a plate-shaped first part 4a which is fixed, at its one end, to the electronic component mounting board and is provided vertically to the electronic component mounting board; and a plate-shaped second part 4g which is formed so as to extend from the other end of the first part and is provided in parallel to the electronic component mounting board.
