SOLUTION: A projection calculation means 310 receives a plurality of data for learning from an input device 100, and simultaneously optimizes distribution relating to the locality of data and distribution relating to a whole part without using any class label, and calculates a projection for compressing data into a low dimension, and stores it in a projection storage device 320. A data compression means 330 compresses the data input from an input device 200 by using the calculated projection, and stores the compressed data in a compressed data storage device 340.
