PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, a backup method, and a backup program for providing sufficient data redundancy by a small number of storage devices. SOLUTION: The information processing device 10 is provided with a storage device group 22 constructed of a plurality of storage devices, an area setting part allocating a plurality of logical drives to the storage device group 22, a first logical drive allocated to a part of a storage area in the storage device group 22, one or more logical drives allocated to a redundant area except the first logical drive in the storage area of the storage device group 22, and a backup processing part storing data equal to changed data stored in the first logical drive in other logical devices.
