<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control delay device whose control voltage to delay time characteristics are hard to be influenced by variation in all the samples even if characteristics of configuration element such as transistors are varied by every sample. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage control delay device of the present invention is provided with a control means which includes a voltage/current conversion part 108 for converting input control voltage into current and outputs control current in proportion to the current converted by the voltage/current conversion part 108 and a delay means for outputting an input signal by delaying it for time according to the control current, wherein the voltage/current conversion part 108 has linear voltage/current conversion characteristics in a predetermined input voltage range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
