ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT AND ULTRASONIC PROBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment suppressing the heating in an ultrasonic probe when measuring a flow rate of a moving body including a blood flow by continuously transmitting ultrasonic waves and receiving the reflected waves.

SOLUTION: A plurality of ultrasonic transducers 11 are connected to transmission/reception switching parts 12 respectively. The transmission/reception switching parts 12 are connected to a transmission part 21 and a reception part 22. The respective transmission/reception switching parts 12 switch the connection of the respective ultrasonic transducers to the transmission part 21 or to the reception part 22 according to the transmission/reception switch signal from a control part 8. The respective ultrasonic transducers 11 are connected to the transmission part 21 or the reception part 22 by the switching of the respective transmission/reception switching parts (switches) 12. The temperature rise of the ultrasonic transducers 11 (transmission ultrasonic transducers 11) for transmitting the ultrasonic waves is suppressed by switching the connection of the respective ultrasonic transducers 11 at a prescribed timing.
