PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging device of high space resolution, allowing detection while separating a position with respect to a gamma ray incident direction, by juxtaposing semiconductor radiation detectors on a wiring board. SOLUTION: The semiconductor radiation detector 12 includes five semiconductor elements 2 comprising a rectangular flat plate comprising, for example, CdTe, a cathode electrode 3 on one face of each semiconductor element 2, an anode electrode 4 on the other face of the semiconductor element 2, and an insulator 5 for coating five semiconductor detecting elements 1 from an outside.
