PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which an optical filter and an imaging element are surely made into sealing structure even when a plane part generated in between a package and a cover glass of the imaging element is narrow. SOLUTION: Dust-proof rubber (4) is provided with a pressurization part (4d) extending toward the center of a photographic optical axis, a circumferential angle part (5b) of the package (5a) of the imaging element (5) or a circumferential angle part (5d) of the cover glass (5c) of the imaging element is brought into contact with the pressurization part (4d) to surely make the optical filter (4) and the imaging element (5) into the sealing structure and intrusion of foreign substances such as dust between the optical filter (3) and the imaging element (5) is prevented.
