PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing an aimed fused protein in a short time without constructing any expression vector. SOLUTION: The method for producing the fused protein composed of a first protein and a second protein comprises the step of introducing, into a cell expressing the first protein, a nucleic acid molecule (pretranssplicing molecule) or a vector expressing the same containing a gene arrangement encoding the second protein and also containing a sequence inducing a transsplicing by binding to pre-mRNA formed from a domain containing a gene arrangement encoding the first protein, and the step of retrieving the objective fused protein formed in the cell.
