a detection circuit adapted to receive first through n-th (n is an integer no smaller than two) detection signals from first through n-th physical quantity transducers, and output first through n-th detection data; and a serial interface adapted to output the first through n-th detection data as serial data, wherein, in a case in which i-th detection data (i is an integer fulfilling 1≦i≦n) out of the first through n-th detection data is M bit (M is a positive integer), and j-th detection data (j is an integer fulfilling 1≦j≦n and j≠i) is N bit (N is an integer fulfilling N<M), the serial interface outputs the serial data added with (M−N) complementary bit on an MSB side of the j-th detection data. |
