A sealing arrangement for a patient interface adapted to deliver to a patient pressurized breathable gas above ambient pressure for treatment of sleep disordered breathing, the sealing arrangement comprising a sealing portion (252) being adapted to, in use, provide an effective seal with the patient’s nose, the sealing portion being configured to engage an underside of the patient’s nose to seal therewith and/or cradle and seal with the patient’s external nares.
