PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a heat insulation member capable of reasonably absorbing the difference between thermal contraction and thermal expansion in a heat radiation system member and a heat insulation member. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the heat insulation member, the heat insulation member covering the heat radiation system member is mounted on one of the heat radiation system member and an opposing side member opposing the heat radiation system member via a plurality of connecting means. At least one of the plurality of connecting means is a magnet 25 interposed between the heat insulation member and one of the heat radiation system member and the opposing side member containing a magnetic material.
