PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a waste of ink so as to prevent precipitation of ink color materials in the ink feeding passage including an ink head, by making a user not required to perform complicated operations without imposing a great burden on the user's part and by maintaining a normal printing state through preventing the precipitation of the ink color materials in the ink feeding passage including the ink head. SOLUTION: The ink supply system of an inkjet printer prevents ink from staying inside the ink feeding passage including the ink head by recovering the ink inside the ink feeding passage including the ink head within an ink reservoir means and circulating the ink recovered inside the ink reservoir means in a predetermined ink feeding passage.
