PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device efficiently performing the fastening work with a blind rivet, when using the blind rivet where a washer is arranged in a mandrel for effective fastening with the blind rivet. SOLUTION: In the rivet fastening device 1 for the blind rivet 11 provided with the mandrel 12 and the rivet body 14; a nose 2 where a recessed part 4 for receiving the mandrel 12 is formed is provided, and in the nose 2, a metal material sticking means 3 is arranged.
