A detachable vibration isolation device comprises a coupling sleeve and a spring vibration isolator (3), in which, the coupling sleeve comprises an upper sleeve (2) with a jack support block (7) and a lower sleeve (1) with a support block (5), and the upper sleeve (2) and the lower sleeve (1) are coupled by a detachable connecting structure. Furthermore, a jack-up and installation method for the detachable vibration isolation device is provided.
