Provided are a system and a method for increasing a data transmission rate between a host computer system and a radio frequency (RF) generator. The data transmission rate can be increased by implementing exclusive physical layers related to the RF generator and the host computer system, and an exclusive physical communication medium between the RF generator and the host computer system. Moreover, an operation of dual push is also used between the RF generator and the host computer system. There is no request for data transmitted from the RF generator to the host computer system or from the host computer system to the RF generator. The system comprises: an RF generator including a transceiver; a host computer system including an exclusive transceiver and a controller connected to the transceiver; and a physical communication medium shared and connecting the RF generator with the host computer system. |
