The invention provides a method of treating comorbid premature ejaculatio n and erectile dysfunction. In particular, the method comprises administerin g an effective amount of a tramadol material and an effective amount of a ph osphodiesterase inhibitor. The invention also provides a pharmaceutical comp osition comprising a pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier, a tramadol materia l and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. The invention further provides a kit co mprising a tramadol material and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.
