The note sheet body has an array of horizontal lines that form horizontally aligned spaces to be used for annotations, such instructions or tasks, or a shopping list. At one end of each space is a tab 2 formed by short lateral cuts in one of the sheet edges. The paper sheet may be graphically imprinted with indicia 9, 10 at top or bottom. The reverse side of the note paper body may be coated fully or partially with "dry to the touch" very low tack adhesive so that when tabs are folded back under the paper body the very low tack adhesive coated tabs will adhere to the underside of the sheet. Folding the tab is aided by short slits or cuts 4. The tabs may incorporate smaller secondary tabs 14 integrally formed within the confines of the main tabs. In this alternative, an adhesive coating is not required. A tab 2 can be activated by folding back to show completion of a task. Alternatively, completion may be marked by turning back a secondary tab 14 producing a hole 14A. The note sheets may be provided in a pad or block. |
