The present invention relates to a fried food cooking method, which comprises: making a filling by using Korean beef or other meat, vegetable, etc; mixing frying powder and purified water to make batter; coating the filling with the batter; and performing frying in three stages while changing a temperature. The fried food cooking method of the present invention can restrain oil from permeating through fried food by performing frying in three stages in frying oils having different heating temperatures and can improve the taste of the fried food by cooking the fried food through generally uniform heat transfer. |
