A compact reflector fluorescent lamp with high heat dispersion is provided to assemble a reflection cup, a middle plate, and a housing by forming each snap-fit or coupling mechanism between the middle plate and the housing, between the middle plate and a circuit board, between the middle plate and the reflection cup, and between the reflection cup and a transparent plate. An electronic ballast assembly(20) is mounted on a circuit board(40) through coupling units. The electronic ballast assembly and the circuit board are installed inside a housing(30). The circuit board has a plurality of insertion holes to fix conductive hollow rivets. A plurality of mounting holes are formed on an upper surface of the housing to mount a lamp cap(10). A circular recess unit is formed on an inner circumferential wall of a bottom of the housing. A plurality of snap-fit members are arranged on the inner circumferential wall adjacent to the circular recess unit. A middle plate(50) is composed of a circular boss protruded upward from a peripheral inner side of a base plate and the base plate with a plurality of electric connecting pins corresponding to the insertion holes of the circuit board. A reflection cup(60) has a cavity to receive a lamp tube(70) therein, a plurality of assembling holes corresponding to at least two protrusions of the middle plate, and a notch formed at one side of the assembling holes. The reflection cup is fixed at a lower surface of the middle plate by snap-fitting the protrusions and a hollow protrusion of the middle plate, the assembling holes, and the notch.
