PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system configured to associate specification information to be generated for each of a plurality of terminal devices used by the same user.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: transmission means which generates terminal specification information when a request from a terminal device does not include terminal specification information specifying the terminal device, and transmits it to the terminal device; processing execution means which executes processing requested from the terminal device when the request from the terminal device includes the terminal specification means; and means which stores information on a user identifier acquired from the terminal device and identifying a user of a terminal device to be managed in an external system, in association with the terminal specification information included in the request from the terminal device, on storage means. When a first user identifier acquired from a first terminal device coincides with a second user identifier acquired from a second terminal device, the storing means stores first terminal specification information specifying the first terminal device and second terminal specification information specifying the second terminal device, in association with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
