An electronic health device is provided to input the exercising weight electronically, to enable a user to adjust the exercising amount precisely and to be made to have a small size. An electronic health device includes an electronic device(101), an input portion(104), a computing portion(107), a display portion(105), a storing portion(106), and an electronic device driving portion(102). The electronic device is connected to a health device and produces a predetermined size of power. The input portion is used to let a user input exercising amount and user information. The computing portion computes the input exercising amount as a torque vale of the electronic device. The storing portion is used to store the user information and the exercising information. The electronic device driving portion drives the electronic device in a direction opposite to the exercising direction of the health device.
