FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. ^ SUBSTANCE: in complement to basic treatment the mielopid in 0.3% solution is administered intramuscularly by 1.0 ml - 10 injections once a day, completed with intravenous administration of contrical preparation by 100,000 units - 5 injections every other day. Subsequently mielopid is injected by 1.0 ml, 30 times - once in 3 days, and afterwards by 1.0 ml, 30 times - once a week.
