A hot and cold water mixing waterway changeover device attached to a single lever type hot and cold water mixing tap is provided to open and close a waterway, to control the hot and cold water mixing rate and to select one of plural discharge waterways by operating a lever only without fixing a waterway selective valve. A hot and cold water mixing waterway changeover device(100) is installed to a mounting unit of a single lever type hot and cold water mixing tap, wherein one cold water inflow hole(32) and one hot water inflow hole(33), and two discharge holes(34,34') for discharging mixed hot and cold water are formed to be connected with a first water hole and a second water hole respectively on the mounting unit of the single lever type hot and cold water mixing tap, and one hot water inflow hole, one cold water inflow hole and two discharge holes are formed on an assembly finish body(35) and a ceramic contact support plate(31) of the hot and cold water mixing waterway changeover device, and two mixed water control guide grooves(30,30') or one mixed water control guide groove is formed on a ceramic contact movement piece(28) to control the inflow quantity of hot and cold water and to open and close the discharge holes alternately, so that the ceramic contact movement piece is moved longitudinally or vertically by the location of a lever to control the size of the cold water inflow hole and the hot water inflow hole with the mixed water control guide groove, thereby to control the inflow quantity of hot and cold water and to select one of upper and lower discharge ways with the mixed water control guide groove of the ceramic contact movement piece when the lever moves upward or downward. |
