A light guide key-plate and a light emitting keypad including the same are provided to simplify manufacturing and assembly processes by not requiring a separate light guide plate. A light guide key-plate includes a light guide material(11), a light guide key-plate(10), a plurality of light sources(20), and a substrate(30). The light guide material emits light through a surface thereof. The light guide key-plate includes a plurality of keys(12) formed on the light guide material to emit light. The plurality of light sources are disposed on a lower part of the light guide key-plate. The substrate includes dome switches(31,32) disposed at a lower part of the light guide key-plate.
