Provided are a heterocyclic compound represented by chemical formula 1, and an organic light emitting element comprising the same. Also, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting element comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode arranged to face the first electrode; and at least one level of an organic layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one level of the organic layers include the compound represented by chemical formula 1. When used to an organic light emitting device, the compound enhances efficiency, and improves low operating voltage and/or lifespan characteristics.
