A method and a system for calculating a speed pulse coefficient are provided to generate accurate operation information of a vehicle by minimizing an error in a pulse length. A speed pulse coefficient calculating system includes a rotation sensor(112), a speed sensor(111), a controller(121), and a memory(122). The rotation sensor detects one rotation of a wheel. The speed sensor generates a pulse according to move of an object. The controller obtains the pulse number for one rotation of the wheel during an arbitrary time interval or an arbitrary rotation number, and calculates an average pulse number from the obtained pulse numbers. The memory accumulates the pulse numbers. |
