A J.P.C plat jack having a superior electronic pressure measurement function is provided to adjust the height of a bridge by 1/1000mm by measuring pressure exerted on a hydraulic cylinder and the height of a piston when an upper plate of the bridge and an upper structure are lifted. A J.P.C(Jack Pot bearing spheriCal bearing) plat jack includes a jack upper plate(110), a spherical bearing unit, a hydraulic cylinder, a screw height adjusting unit(140), a magnetic unit(150), a horizontal displacement measuring unit(160), a first load cell(170), a second load cell, and a dial gauge(190). The magnetic unit is coupled to the jack upper plate by using a bolt. The magnetic unit supports a plate girder and an iron bridge by using magnetic force. A screw groove having a thickness of 3cm to 10cm is provided in the magnetic unit. The magnetic unit sustains horizontal force of 0t to 30t.
