摘要 An apparatus for controlling power generation for a vehicle is provided to prevent enlargement of a size by not requiring a separate circuit for detecting rpm of an engine. An apparatus for controlling power generation for a vehicle includes a power generation control device(5), an armature winding(6), a field magnet winding(7), and a rectifier(8). The power generation control device is driven by an engine using a belt and a pulley. A current flows at the field magnet winding. The field magnet winding forms a rotor. The armature winding is wound around the armature core and generates an armature. The power generation control device includes a switching device(51), a reflux diode(52), voltage division circuits(53,54), a voltage control circuit(55), a duty determination circuit(56), a rpm detection circuit(57), a load response control limitation determination circuit(58), and a load response control limitation circuit(59). The switching device has a gate connected to the duty determination circuit. A drain of the switching device is connected to an output terminal of a generator.
