An improvement method of the soft ground using a water storage tank is provided to discharge and remove water of the soft ground by forming a drain layer not to make a drain member of the surface of the soft ground exposed and piling up many water storage tanks filled with water on the drain layer. An improvement method of the soft ground using a water storage tank comprises the steps of: installing many drain members vertically to make the top exposed to the soft ground(100); installing a cut-off membrane vertically on the surface of the soft ground to make each drain member exposed(200); piling up a bank along the boundary of the soft ground(300); installing many water collecting wells having a tubular structure on the cut-off membrane(400); installing many drain members on the cut-off membrane horizontally at the inside of the bank to be coupled to one of two ends of the water collecting well(500); forming a drain layer by piling up sand or gravel on the cut-off membrane to keep the bottom of the water collecting wells, the top of the vertically installed drain members and the horizontally installed drain members exposed(600); putting a water storage tank on a drain layer in the bank except the water collecting wells(700); and filling up the water storage tank with water(800). |
