Extracts of Asian plantain and Cudrania tricuspidata are provided to improve health, promote diuretic effects, inhibit side effects, and enhance their dosage, portability and storage by formulating them into liquid or pills. Extracts of Asian plantain and Cudrania tricuspidata are prepared by adding 32-35 wt.% of Asian plantain and 3-3.5 wt.% of Cudrania tricuspidata into 63-65 wt.% of water, heating the mixture at 100-120°C for 100-150 minutes, and purifying the heated mixture twice or triple. The pills of Asian plantain and Cudrania tricuspidata extracts are prepared by shaping the extracts of Asian plantain and Cudrania tricuspidata into pills and drying them in a dryer.
