AMF-INOCULATED BIO-SOILBEDS USEFUL IN CAPSICUM ANNUUM CULTIVATION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

A method of manufacturing bed soil useful for cultivation of red pepper by adding symbiotic bacteria to bed soil is provided to obtain bed soil containing symbiotic bacteria capable of forming symbiotic relationship with root of red pepper seedlings, promoting red pepper growth and showing resistance to plant pathogenic bacteria. Bed soil useful for cultivation of red pepper is prepared by the steps of: obtaining spores of Gigaspora gigantea(KCTC 11073P) or Glomus intraradices(KCTC 11074BP) isolated from red pepper root; mixing the spores to bed soil. The bed soil contains 10 to 200 spores per 1g. The ratio of the number of individuals of each strain is 1:1 TO 1:5(Gigaspora gigantea and Glomus intraradices).
