PURPOSE:To turn on a main transistor (TR) at a high speed with only a signal which controls a control TR by bringing a charging TR under the control of the control TR and applying a reverse bias to the main transistor with the discharging energy of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A reverse bias capacitor C1 as an energy source for biasing the main TRQ1 reversely and the charging TRQ4 as a charging semiconductor element for controlling the charging of the capacitor C1 are connected across a control power source E1 with a diode D2 between in series, and the charging TRQ4 is controlled by the control TRQ2. Consequently, the main TRQ1 is turned on at a high speed with only the signal which controls the TRQ2. |
