A novel Glomus intraradices is provided to form symbiotic relationship with Capsicum annuum and promote growth of the Capsicum annuum by showing resistance on plant pathogenic bacteria, thereby being usefully applied to Capsicum annum related industries. A Glomus intraradices strain which is an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus and isolated from Capsicum annuum roots is deposited as a deposition no. KCTC11074BP. A microbial preparation for cultivating the Capsicum annuum comprises the Glomus intraradices strain as an effective ingredient.
