摘要
本发明之目的在于提供一种发光输出高、且激励电压低的氮化镓系化合物半导体发光元件。本发明之氮化镓系化合物半导体发光元件,系在基板上,依序具有由氮化镓系化合物半导体所成之n型半导体层、发光层以及p型半导体层,该n型半导体层及该p型半导体层上分别设置有负极及正极,而该正极为由具有导电性与透光性之氧化物材料所成之发光元件,其特征为:于该p型半导体层与该正极之间存在含有具有Ga-O键及/或N-O键之化合物之层。
