The mechanism has a guiding unit integrated to an adjustable element e.g. body (41), and comprising notches (42, 43), and a pin (3a) maintained at bottom of the notches without radial play. Notches (44, 45) are provided for receiving a pin (3b), where the width of the notches (44, 45) is higher than the pin (3b). The notches (44, 45) are provided with a flat bottom (49). A retention unit (61) is provided for permanently applying each pin against the bottom of the corresponding notch.
