The tank (5) has a cover (9) including an opening controlled by non-rigid traction units (11) i.e. cables, where the tank is dissociated from a suction turbine (6) of water suction units and co-operated with waste suction units and a suction duct (8) provided with U-shaped tubular portions and tilts under an action of a jack (10). The jack connects a frame provided with L-shaped symmetric lateral parts (17), to a rear of the tank. The traction units are connected to an upper branch of the frame and a fixation arm (12) of the cover by respective ends.
