PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate with only a part of terminal devices in a simple manner, in a broadcast data communication among a plurality of terminal devices. SOLUTION: A PoC server 200 comprises an audio data receiver 305 for receiving audio data sent from a cellphone; an audio data transferrer 306 for transferring the audio data, to each cellphone that is other than a speaker from among a plurality of cellphones; a receiver memory 308 for storing the audio data sent by the speaker's cellphone, in such a way that a receiver' cellphone to be transferred corresponds to each speaker's cellphone; and a receiver grasping person 302 for designating the receiver's cellphone and transferring the audio data, when the audio data is transferred by the audio data transferrer 306.
