PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an original idea to a control means and a simulation fire point which is a water discharge target of a trainee, more particularly to form the simulation fire point to a plurality of electric drawing images consisting of a central point of the target and peripheral parts and to appropriately subject the divided images to flickering control to enhance the presence feel as a fire scene, and to achieve an improvement in terms of firefighting techniques, such as a water application position, range and time. SOLUTION: The simulation fire point which is the water discharge target of the trainee is displayed by the electric drawing images. The electric drawing images are divided to the plurality of the center of the target and the peripheral parts thereof. In addition, the target apparatus is equipped with a lighting device to discretely light and to turn off the light of the simulation fire points divided to the plurality, and a water reception sensor having a function to operate by receiving the water discharge from a fire extinguisher for training and to turn off the lighting device under the prescribed conditions.
