PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate with a flush bolt device producing no noise. SOLUTION: In the gate which is provided with the flush bolt device consisting of a flush bolt and a receiving pot arranged in the ground, a cushioning member for preventing contact between a guide and the flush bolt is arranged in a hole in which the flush bolt of the guide is penetrated. Further other cushioning members for preventing contact between the receiving pot and the flush bolt are arranged on a front and rear internal wall surfaces of the receiving pot in a gate opening/closing direction.
