A voltage variation determining device of a monorail type conveyor system is provided to automatically reset a dynamic range of an input voltage for various speed ranges by comparing monorail range voltages with input voltages. An ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(11) converts a voltage, which is supplied to monorails in respective sections in a control box, from an analog to digital signal. A voltage setting memory(12) divides a travel range into various speed sections and sets minimum and maximum values for the input voltages for the speed sections. A comparator(13) compares the respective section monorail voltages with the input voltages, which are set in the memory. A display device unit(14) displays voltage variation values in the respective speed sections. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(10) controls the operation of the control box in the respective sections. An inverter(15) generates a rotation frequency for a motor corresponding to the data from the MCU. A motor(16) is driven by the inverter and drives the monorail in the respective speed sections. |
