PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cover with a hood having an opening in the front, which is externally fitted from its front end side to a terminal block having a terminal fitting with a waterproof member interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the hood and the outer peripheral surface of the terminal block, and which is formed so that it does not receive such deformation as to cause expansion of the opening of the hood even if it is used in thermal environments, in order not to deteriorate waterproofing action. SOLUTION: In the outer wall part 44 forming the hood 43A, a plurality of hollow parts 46 extending in the longitudinal direction of the hood 43 are provided side by side in the circumferential direction of the outer wall part 44. Since the hollow parts 46 are provided, strength of the hood is increased while preventing the outer wall part 44 from becoming excessively thick.
