A server (1) is functionally arranged between a telecommunication network (3) and a service provider (2). The server prepares data received by the service provider for a subscriber connected to the telecommunication network by using subscriber-specific data, and presents the data to the subscriber after performing an appropriate authentication in the subscribers terminal. The server also performs a plausibility test on the subscriber's selection of services, completes the subscriber-specific data and transmits them to the service provider.
